Organic practices are in everyday use on our farm and most importantly, we strive to provide a stress-free environment for our livestock.
Stress is an important component of livestock health. In high stress conditions, the wellbeing of cattle suffers, which in turn leads to a severe reduction in performance and meat quality. We have an acute awareness of the needs of our livestock and go out of our way to ensure handling procedures are caring and positive as we can.
